Benz 1912 racer

Benz 1912 racer

Recently unearthed on an old farm -ex Royal Mail site in Congleton Staffordshire is this very rare Benz, from around 1912, this Fantastic barnfind actually formed the barn it was found in, the featured picture is the barn – Sheapheards hut that was built onto this Benz chassis.

its amazing that this vehicle has survived two world wars when steel was needed for the war efforts.

The very fact that it was a house saved it from being cut up.

some time in the future we hope to be building a Benz Racer with this chassis.
